Nigeria Coronavirus Update: 7 new cases recorded, 51 confirmed

• Seven new cases recorded Wednesday

As of Wednesday, March 25, 2020, the total confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nigeria stood at 51. A total of seven new cases were recorded by the close of the day.

According to update published on the website of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), out of the 51 cases, two have been discharged, one death recorded and leaving a total of 48 active cases.

Of the seven new cases recorded on Wednesday, three was in Lagos State, one in Osun State, one in Rivers State and two in the FCT.

Overall, Lagos now have a total of 32 confirmed cases (30 active cases), FCT 10, Ogun 3, Ekiti 1, Oyo 1, Edo 1, Bauchi 1, Osun 1 and Rivers 1.
