Nigeria confirms 5 new Coronavirus cases

 

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria moved up by five as at 10.10pm on Saturday, bringing the total figure to 214.

Of the five (5) new cases reported, three (3) are in Bauchi while two (2) are in Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

“Till date, 214 cases have been confirmed, 25 cases have been discharged and four (4) deaths have been recorded in Nigeria,” the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced on its website.

All new cases are said to have mild to moderate symptoms and are currently receiving care at designated isolation facilities in the respective states.
