NCDC announces 19 fresh cases of COVID-19, Lagos tops with 14

 

• As at 09:20 pm on the 14th of April 2020, 19 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria, according to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
• Till date, 362 cases have been confirmed, 99 cases have been discharged and 11 deaths have been recorded.
• The 19 new cases are reported from five states – Lagos (14), FCT (2), Akwa Ibom (1), Edo (1) and Kano (1).
• A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities, the NCDC said.
