The Court of Appeal has dismissed the suit filed by suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, challenging his suspension.
Onnoghen had instituted the suit challenging the jurisdiction of the Code Conduct Tribunal (CCT) in prosecuting him.
