The health sector will be receiving priority attention as the Federal Government embarks on the implementation of a reviewed 2020 national Budget.
This is in accordance with President Muhammadu Buhari’s directive for immediate commencement of implementation of measures, to reflect current realities in the oil sector and curb threat posed by the coronavirus pandemic.
The president’s directive was made public via the Presidency’s official Twitter handle, @NGRPresident in a tweet sent out Thursday.
The measures include reviewing the 2020 national budget with a view to prioritising health sector infrastructure in order to respond to the threats posed by coronavirus.
