Heads of security agencies finally appeared Monday before the House of Representatives to discuss the spate of insecurity in Nigeria.

Save for the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu; the Director-General, Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi; and the Comptroller-General of Nigerian Immigration Service, Muhammad Babandede all the others sent representatives at the botched meeting earlier scheduled for last Friday.

Today’s meeting, however, has all the service chiefs, except the IG of Police and the Chief of Army Staff, who sent representatives.
