Candidate rather than party appears to be determining who eventually wins the Osun State gubernatorial election, held Saturday.

A Twitter user, @Oluwa09686133, said this much in a series of tweets.

“Dear OBidient, do not be discouraged by the outcome of #OsunDecides2022 election today. Do not let anyone gaslight you with the results. Many of us today voted individual (Adeleke) and not PDP as a party. 2023 on PO mandate we stand. Say No To Party Politics!!!

“I voted Adeleke today not PDP, Come 2023 presidential election Imma voting PO. Candidate over Party!!! No room for party politics again…” he tweeted.
